Role & Responsibilities
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines, both seasonal and permanent, to enhance store aesthetics.
- Create visually appealing displays and store layouts to promote new collection launches.
- Coordinate with retail and logistics departments to manage launch calendars for Brazil.
- Collaborate with boutique managers to optimize stock on hand and improve collection sell-through rates.
- Design and execute special promotional displays, including seasonal animations.
- Engage with the Swiss region for guidance and support, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Participate in departmental meetings to discuss sales achievements, gather feedback, and strategize.
- Develop a local plan for the global CSR policy concerning visual merchandising tools and materials.
- Monitor costs and adhere to budgets for visual merchandising tools, store windows, events, and special projects.
- Adapt global window display projects to local markets, coordinating with suppliers for material sourcing.
- Ensure quality and consistency in seasonal boutique window decor production, following the visual merchandising calendar.
- Create periodic visual merchandising reports and support semi-annual markdowns.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising community through newsletters, training, and information sharing.
- Train and support the new Visual Merchandising Ambassadors team.
- Ensure consistent compliance with global visual merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate with training to manage basic visual merchandising knowledge materials for fashion advisors.
- Support the Merchandising Coordinator with monthly stock rebalances.
- Participate in the design and implementation of a comprehensive 360° fashion retail plan.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising.

A minimum of 2 years of documented experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
