Chanel is hiring a Fashion Style Advisor in Shenzhen — client-facing luxury retail role focused on styling, clienteling and sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service through one-to-one styling consultations and in-store appointments to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by proactive clienteling, conversion of walk-ins and follow-up on leads using the maison's CRM channels.
- Provide authoritative product advice across apparel, accessories and related categories, articulating craftsmanship, materials and styling options.
- Manage client communications and aftercare via appropriate platforms (in-person, telephone, WeChat), scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Support visual merchandising standards by maintaining boutique presentation, replenishing floor stock and executing seasonal displays to brand guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, gift packaging and returns in line with company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with store management on private client events, trunk shows and product launches, contributing to store initiatives and local CRM activations.
Qualifications
- Proven success in luxury or premium retail sales, preferably within fashion, leather goods or accessories.
- Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills with a polished, service-oriented demeanour and the ability to build trust with high-net-worth clients.
- Commercial acumen with experience meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and familiarity with clienteling methodologies.
- Fluent Mandarin; additional proficiency in English or another major language advantageous (preferred, not mandatory).
- Professional presentation, discretion and the capacity to represent a high-luxury maison at all times.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of progressive retail experience, ideally with direct exposure to luxury or premium fashion brands and a demonstrable track record in client acquisition and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a diploma in fashion, visual merchandising or retail management preferred.
