Chanel Fashion Sales Advisor internship in Biarritz, June–August 2026. Three-month luxury retail opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody and communicate the distinctive style and values of Chanel to clients and colleagues within the boutique environment
- Deliver exceptional client experiences that reflect Chanel's commitment to excellence and heritage
- Provide personalized counsel and attentive service to each client, building confidence and long-term relationships
- Cultivate client interest across the full fashion universe of the House
- Participate actively in boutique team performance and esprit de corps with elegance, enthusiasm, humility, and openness
- Engage with multiple European teams and services to deepen retail knowledge and communication skills
Qualifications
- Upper secondary education minimum (Bac+2 to Bac+5 preferred)
- Keen interest in Chanel, fashion, and the luxury sector
- Demonstrated ability to embody brand values and codes
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Multicultural awareness and adaptability
- Commercial acumen and service orientation

Experience
Demonstrated interest in pursuing a professional career in luxury retail sales and client advisory; previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
Education
