Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily boutique sales operations: welcome clients, qualify needs and assist throughout the purchasing journey.
- Contribute to clienteling activities: schedule appointments, update client files and support follow-up communications.
- Maintain luxury merchandising and visual standards: ensure products are presented according to brand guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and assist with transaction processing and cash handling under supervision.
- Manage stockroom activities: receive deliveries, replenish sales floor inventory and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Assist with boutique events, VIP visits and seasonal floor resets as required.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a tertiary programme in fashion, luxury management, retail, business or marketing.
- Availability to begin internship in June 2026 and to commit to the agreed internship period.
- Polished interpersonal presentation and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong interest in luxury fashion, product knowledge and a customer-centric mindset.
- Legal right to intern in the country of employment and the ability to work retail hours (including weekends).
Skills
Experience
No extensive professional experience required; prior customer‑facing or retail experience (including internships or part‑time roles) in fashion or luxury retail is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a programme in fashion, business, retail management, marketing or a related field.
