Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and guide them through a curated journey within the boutique, offering warm, bespoke experiences
- Present and sell all product lines while demonstrating deep knowledge of Chanel's heritage, modernity, and savoir-faire
- Develop and maintain an active clientele file, nurturing privileged relationships that extend the Chanel experience beyond the boutique visit
- Style each client with an individualized silhouette tailored to their desires, personality, and morphology in alignment with Chanel's aesthetic direction
- Articulate the brand narrative through compelling storytelling, cultivating client desire and emotional connection to Chanel collections
- Stay current with luxury fashion trends and competitive landscape to provide informed styling counsel
- Propose purchase recommendations based on client feedback and monitor inventory strategically to optimize sales performance
- Contribute proactive insights and action plans to achieve individual and boutique sales objectives
- Uphold all boutique procedures and operational standards consistently
Qualifications
- Proven professional sales experience, ideally in luxury retail or fashion
- Refined sensibility for fashion, style, and contemporary design trends
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport across diverse client profiles
- Multicultural mindset with openness to diverse perspectives
- Strong command of English in addition to French
Skills
Experience
Professional experience in sales, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, or high-end clienteling environments. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and cultivating client loyalty is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education minimum; additional training in fashion, retail management, or luxury brand operations is valued but not required.
