Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and escort clients through the boutique, creating a warm, tailored journey that reflects the singular elegance of Chanel
- Propose personalized silhouettes and product recommendations across all categories, adapted to each client's desires, personality, and morphology
- Build and maintain privileged client relationships through empathy, attentiveness, and storytelling that nurtures desire and emotional connection with the brand
- Develop and cultivate a personal clientele to extend the Chanel experience beyond the boutique visit
- Achieve designated sales objectives and actively contribute to action plans and commercial strategy
- Execute proper sales ceremonies and procedures, including additional sales techniques, while gathering and reporting client feedback to management
- Maintain adequate product knowledge and utilize inventory awareness to maximize commercial performance
- Embody the Chanel aesthetic and values of freedom, femininity, and creativity in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and luxury goods with refined stylistic sensibility
- Proven sales experience in a premium or luxury environment, preferably in fashion retail
- Strong emotional intelligence and genuine empathy for diverse clientele
- Fluent English and French; additional languages are advantageous
- Proficiency in client relationship management and ability to translate client preferences into tailored recommendations
- Proactive mindset with curiosity and intellectual openness
- Comfort with continuous learning in a dynamic, evolving retail environment
Skills
Experience
Professional experience in fashion sales, luxury retail, or client-facing roles within the premium segment. Experience in haute couture, ready-to-wear, or multi-category boutique environments preferred.
Education
Secondary education minimum; fashion studies, luxury retail training, or equivalent professional development is advantageous.
