Role & Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to extend the Chanel experience beyond the boutique visit.
- Develop and manage client databases to foster customer loyalty.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Chanel's style and values.
- Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the development of action plans.
- Utilize product knowledge to enhance commercial performance.
- Adhere to sales protocols and provide client feedback to management for inventory refinement.
