Chanel seeks a Fashion Advisor for its Milan boutique to deliver personalized client service, develop local and international clientele, and support sales objectives, with particular focus on ready-to-wear. The role is permanent under the CCNL Terziario Commercio, with annual gross salary from €37,000 commensurate with experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome each client and provide a distinctive, memorable shopping journey in accordance with Maison standards and guidelines.
- Build and strengthen lasting relationships of trust through active listening, attention to detail and client loyalty.
- Proactively develop a local and international client portfolio, showcasing all Maison creations with particular focus on ready-to-wear (RTW).
- Follow company procedures and use the dedicated tools effectively to achieve sales objectives.
- Promote the Maison’s image, values and identity as an ambassador in every interaction, inside and outside the boutique; maintain high standards of representation and follow grooming and conduct guidelines.
- Collaborate actively with the team to foster a positive, dynamic workplace focused on shared objectives.
