Chanel Fashion L&D Professional position in Seoul. Support fashion retail employee development through learning design, delivery, and localisation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support implementation of the annual Fashion learning plan in alignment with business priorities and Chanel standards
- Localize global and regional learning materials for the Korea market, ensuring accuracy, consistency, relevance, and timely delivery
- Develop and adapt engaging learning materials and tools aligned with Fashion learning priorities
- Prepare and facilitate Fashion learning programmes, including onboarding, collection and product category training, and client-facing capability programmes
- Deliver learning sessions with professionalism, positive energy, and strong audience engagement, adapting approaches to different audiences and learning environments
- Support learning application through follow-up activities and practical tools in collaboration with Retail Learning Development Partners and boutique teams
- Provide on-site learning delivery and support in boutiques to address business and learning needs
- Collaborate with the Fashion L&D team, retail teams, and cross-functional stakeholders in preparation and execution of learning initiatives
- Coordinate assigned learning programmes and projects, ensuring accurate and timely completion
- Participate in divisional projects, internal and external events, and collection-related initiatives as assigned
- Gather feedback from learners, RLDPs, and retail stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate learning records and prepare regular reports on participation, feedback, and implementation progress
- Coordinate learning logistics, including schedules, venues, vendors, materials, and operational requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in luxury, fashion, retail, or client-focused industries
- At least 2 years of experience in training facilitation or related roles
- Proficiency in written and spoken English in a business environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with positive energy and ability to engage diverse audiences
- Sound commercial awareness of the retail environment and client service mindset
- Ability to translate complex or new information into clear, accurate, and engaging learning messages
- Ability to connect insights, consider broader perspectives, and communicate ideas inspiringly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively at different organisational levels
- Strong planning, project management, and analytical skills with capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
