Chanel, Paris: Fixed-term Fashion Operations Coordinator role managing Press & Gifts planning across Mode division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Press Director, VIC project teams, and Image governance to translate and execute strategic priorities for Press and Gifts activities
- Coordinate Press and Gifts delivery operations across all seven product lines, ensuring alignment with defined strategy and market requirements
- Provide targeted support to markets worldwide in addressing delivery challenges and requirements associated with Press and Gifts initiatives
- Manage daily delivery operations based on priorities and events, monitor adherence to timelines, and escalate alerts proactively
- Coordinate procurement sessions, oversee catalog configuration, track orders, and guide market teams through buying processes
- Monitor distribution center performance and drive priority actions to ensure effective activity management
- Develop, analyze, and present reporting and commentary to internal stakeholders across multiple teams
Qualifications
- Engineering or Commerce graduate (Bac +5 or equivalent)
- Minimum two years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain or Operations roles, preferably within Fashion
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline
- Proactive anticipation and risk-management capabilities
- Advanced relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement culture
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent spoken and written French and English
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years of professional experience in Supply Chain or Operations functions, ideally within the fashion or luxury sectors, demonstrating progressive responsibility for planning, coordination, and delivery initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) in Engineering, Commerce, or related business discipline.
