Chanel Fashion Marketing Intern in Geneva – January 2027. Support boutique marketing, client strategy, and events for 6 months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and disseminating client data (KPIs, CRM, reporting) to identify personalization and development opportunities for Swiss boutiques
- Consolidate and distribute segmented client lists (new clients, VIP, prospects) to support boutique activation and targeting initiatives
- Support the definition and monitoring of clienteling objectives, collaborate with retail teams on implementation strategies
- Participate in creating and updating digital clienteling training materials; provide user support for platform adoption
- Develop recommendations to enhance client engagement based on data analysis and retail feedback
- Consolidate communication requirements for each collection across physical and digital channels
- Coordinate and evaluate client communication campaigns (one-to-one and one-to-many), analyze performance, and disseminate insights
- Support the execution of gifting strategies and premium in-boutique service programs
- Coordinate mystery shopping initiatives and consolidate findings
- Manage content updates for online boutique pages and digital properties
- Support implementation of the client activation calendar, coordinate event logistics (invitations, gifting, vendor coordination)
- Contribute to event execution including pre-event communication, gifting coordination, post-event follow-up and analysis
- Consolidate event feedback and conduct competitive market monitoring
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's-level program (business school or university) with strong interest in fashion and luxury
- Previous experience in marketing, events organization, or client data analysis (internship or project-based)
- Proficiency in analytical methodologies: KPI analysis, CRM systems, and reporting
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive work ethic and demonstrated ability to function effectively within team environments
- Fluent in French and English; German language proficiency is valued

Previous experience (internship or project) in marketing, events organization, or client data analysis within a luxury or fashion context.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master's-level program (business school or university), with an internship requirement as part of degree completion.
