The Fashion Governance Project Manager supports Chanel’s International Market Animation and Fashion Division governance, strategic cycle and cross-functional projects, working with markets, regions and division teams. The role includes meeting and budget coordination, strategic action tracking, and support for Client and Retail teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the governance of International Market Animation by preparing key meetings with the Fashion Division, regions and markets, including agenda definition, presentation consolidation and decision tracking.
- Provide ad hoc support for department activities and its executive committee, including organising team meetings and preparing summary materials.
- Monitor the department’s budget monthly and report on its progress.
- Support the Fashion Division’s strategic governance cycle, including its facilitation and the organisation of key meetings.
- Support Client and Retail teams in developing and formalising their strategies at each key stage of the cycle.
- Help track actions and integrate them into strategic initiatives.
- Support the operational delivery of governance meetings.
- Help structure cross-functional projects across the division.
- Support Fashion Division teams in identifying and tracking key strategies and initiatives.
- Help scope cross-functional topics in collaboration with division teams, markets and regions.
Qualifications
- Able to understand complex situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including discretion and agility.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Flexible, versatile, adaptable and receptive.
- Ideally holds a business school degree or equivalent.
- Excellent spoken and written English and French.

Experience
2–5 years of experience managing complex projects involving multiple teams.
