Chanel seeks a Fashion Expertise Manager in Honolulu to lead fashion knowledge and training across Hawaii retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain comprehensive fashion knowledge frameworks across all Hawaii retail locations
- Develop and deliver specialized training programmes on product heritage, craftsmanship, and seasonal collections
- Mentor and elevate the fashion competency of retail associates and client advisors
- Collaborate with regional merchandising teams to ensure accurate product storytelling and market positioning
- Monitor emerging fashion trends and competitor activity to inform local market strategy
- Conduct regular audits of client engagement quality and fashion narrative consistency
- Liaise with headquarters to incorporate global fashion insights and campaigns into local execution
Qualifications
- Extensive background in luxury fashion retail or brand management
- Demonstrated expertise in product knowledge and brand heritage communication
- Proven ability to develop and deliver training programmes

- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Skills
Experience
Minimum 7–10 years in luxury fashion retail, merchandising, or brand management, with proven success in elevating product expertise and team capability.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, Marketing, or related discipline; advanced training in luxury brand management is advantageous.
