Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-boutique training sessions on collections, savoir-faire, product knowledge, and service behaviors, positioning Chanel as the ultimate fashion house at collection launches
  • Coach Style Advisors to enhance personalized styling capabilities, build strong client relationships, and curate looks grounded in individual tastes and lifestyles
  • Animate styling training workshops and strengthen advisor confidence in offering personalized recommendations, monitoring effectiveness through observation and qualitative feedback
  • Identify individual training needs and tailor development plans in partnership with boutique leadership; conduct on-site coaching and evaluations with structured feedback
  • Cultivate growth mindset by engaging boutique leaders in learning initiatives and transmitting product and style content to maximize collection impact and business objectives
  • Partner with boutique leadership to design and deliver inspiring new hire onboarding programs, supporting newcomers in understanding the heritage, DNA, and singularity of the House
  • Provide client feedback and styling insights to Fashion Expertise Home Office; track Voice of Client results and service indicators to inform strategic initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in luxury fashion, retail training, or hospitality
  • Recognized styling expertise with confident fashion flair and deep understanding of luxury client expectations
  • Proven experience in retail training within the luxury sector, with demonstrated ability to facilitate, coach, and evaluate teams
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with ability to connect authentically with individuals and groups
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams, building collaborative culture and providing constructive feedback with confidence
  • Sound judgment and autonomy with ability to exercise good decision-making and provide clear updates to management
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 92,400 to USD 107,000 per annum.
