Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and product advisement.
- Manage client portfolios, schedule appointments, and execute follow-up communications to nurture VIP and prospective clients.
- Maintain impeccable boutique standards: merchandising, visual presentation, product replenishment and housekeeping consistent with brand guidelines.
- Provide expert product knowledge across fashion, accessories and beauty lines and convey brand heritage during client interactions.
- Operate point-of-sale and clienteling systems accurately; handle transactions, reservations and after-sales service with discretion.
- Collaborate with the boutique team on events, trunk shows and private appointments; contribute to a cohesive, service-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Proven luxury retail or client-facing sales experience, preferably in fashion or accessories (typically 2+ years).
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building high-value client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with polished presentation and professional discretion.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to translate product features into lifestyle and sartorial benefits for clients.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and occasional events; reliable punctuality and time management.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale and clienteling CRM systems; aptitude for digital tools used in boutique operations.
Experience
Typically requires 2+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail or high-end client-facing sales, with demonstrable achievements in clienteling and revenue generation.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, luxury brand management or business is advantageous.
