The Fashion Event Assistant Intern supports event coordination, conference and visitor arrangements, and administrative tasks. The role is part-time, scheduled for three or four days per week, with the detailed schedule to be discussed.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support events, including venue information management, sample checks, tool orders and invitation management.
- Arrange conferences and visitors.
- Provide administrative support, including report translation and gift management.
Qualifications
- Current graduate or undergraduate student.
- Native Japanese and excellent spoken and written English are mandatory.
- Non-Japanese nationals must hold an appropriate working visa.
- Adaptable and cooperative, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel (VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint (animation).
