The Fashion Advisor provides personalized client advice, delivers a distinctive boutique experience and supports sales objectives while strengthening the Maison’s image, with particular focus on ready-to-wear. The role is temporary and part-time, under the CCNL Terziario Commercio; the stated annual salary range is €27,000–€35,000 on a full-time basis, commensurate with experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome each client and provide a distinctive, memorable shopping experience in accordance with the Maison’s quality standards and guidelines.
- Build and strengthen lasting relationships of trust through active listening, attention to detail and client loyalty.
- Proactively develop a local and international client portfolio, showcasing all Maison creations with particular focus on ready-to-wear.
- Follow company procedures and competently use the tools provided to achieve sales objectives.
- Promote the Maison’s image, values and identity as an ambassador in every interaction, inside and outside the boutique; maintain high representation standards and follow grooming and conduct guidelines.
- Work actively with the team to foster a positive, dynamic environment focused on shared objectives.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 27,000 to EUR 35,000 per annum.
