Chanel Fashion Client Engagement Internship in Geneva – Support luxury client experiences and regional marketing operations across Switzerland, Latin America, and India.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate 1-to-many and 1-to-1 client communication between global, regional, and digital teams
- Manage orders and follow-up of printed communication tools and client gifts
- Collect market feedback and share insights with regional and global stakeholders
- Update and nurture the monthly marketing newsletter for regional distribution
- Analyse client communication campaign results and performance metrics
- Ensure global service guidelines are effectively disseminated throughout the region
- Coordinate mystery shopping waves and results analysis with external agencies and local teams
- Collaborate with the European team on Chanel Customer Service coordination
- Maintain accurate and current information across regional boutique pages
- Support the planning and execution of top client experiences, including fashion shows and exclusive events
- Manage and maintain analytical tools such as the Top Clients Tracker
- Develop internal training materials and resources to educate markets on hospitality best practices and strategic initiatives
- Support logistics for top client experiences, including invitations, gifting, bookings, and local market coordination
- Collect and analyse qualitative feedback and ROI data to inform future experience improvements
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree programme (Business School or Specialised Master)
- Successful completion of at least one international internship or work experience
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities
- Comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Openness to learning new digital tools
- Fluent in French and English (Spanish and Portuguese are advantageous)
