Chanel in Geneva seeks a Fashion Client Engagement Intern (July 2026) to support clienteling, appointments and CRM.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day clienteling activities including scheduling and confirming client appointments, preparing client dossiers and coordinating in-store visits.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client notes, purchase histories and follow-up actions to ensure continuity of service.
- Draft and personalise communications (email, SMS, invitations) for clients under the supervision of senior client advisors.
- Assist in the organisation and execution of in-store events, private appointments and trunk shows, liaising with cross-functional teams as required.
- Conduct targeted research on high-net-worth clients and prospects to enrich profiles and inform bespoke service plans.
- Prepare sales and client engagement reports and KPIs to support the clienteling team’s performance reviews.
- Accompany senior advisors to client meetings or appointments when appropriate, ensuring exceptional hospitality and attention to detail.
- Support administrative tasks including order processing, sample tracking and coordination with visual merchandising and stock teams.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a tertiary programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in fashion, marketing, business, communications or a related discipline.
- Demonstrates impeccable client-service orientation and polished interpersonal manners suitable for a luxury environment.
- Strong organisational skills with acute attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to craft personalised client correspondence.
- Discreet, professional demeanour with respect for confidentiality and high standards of presentation.
- Availability to start in July 2026 and to commit to the internship period as required by the team.

Experience
Internship; prior client-facing or luxury retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates with customer service, events or sales support experience will be favourably considered.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in fashion, marketing, business, communications or a related field.
