The Fashion Cashier delivers a personalised, warm client experience at the final stage of the selling ceremony while managing cash receipts, tax exemption procedures, client records and boutique operations in line with CHANEL standards. This is a temporary, full-time position governed by the CCNL Terziario Commercio, with gross annual salary from €28,000 depending on experience and restaurant meal vouchers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients as they continue their journey through the boutique.
- Share responsibility for the proper running of the boutique in accordance with established rules.
- Offer each client a warm, personalised, tailor-made luxury experience.
- Find solutions and take time to explain rules and procedures to clients.
- Build lasting client relationships and assist with enquiries beyond the boutique visit.
- Collaborate with boutique teams to elevate the client experience across all métiers.
- Apply CHANEL’s internal regulations and procedures for cash collection and tax exemption.
- Manage cash receipts using computer systems correctly.
- Handle different business cases, cash operations and associated payment methods.
- Maintain client files by entering information in compliance with procedures.
- Manage all additional tasks inherent to the role.
- Understand personal objectives and actively implement an action plan to achieve them.
- Participate in morning briefings and suggest ways to transform procedures and improve the client experience.
- Foster collaboration by sharing information.
- Pursue blended learning through digital, in-person and individual resources, guided by personal curiosity, to develop expertise and embody CHANEL’s client relationship promise.
- Respect all procedures surrounding sales transactions to contribute to financial health.
- Deliver a personalised, warm experience at the final stage of the selling ceremony to strengthen client engagement.
- Act as an ambassador for CHANEL’s leading luxury image and contribute to brand performance.
