Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients as they complete their purchase journey and ensure a warm, tailor-made experience reflecting Chanel's standards of luxury
- Process cash receipts and payments through proper use of computer systems while ensuring strict compliance with internal procedures and tax regulations
- Manage client files by entering information in compliance with established data procedures
- Collaborate with boutique teams to ensure cohesive execution of the client experience across all departments
- Participate in morning briefings and contribute suggestions to enhance procedures and client engagement
- Master and apply all cash operations, different business cases, and associated payment methods with expertise
- Demonstrate co-responsibility for boutique operations by maintaining compliance with established protocols
