The Fashion Boutique Associate at CHANEL’s Stockholm fashion boutique creates personalised client experiences, builds lasting relationships and contributes to sales performance and boutique operations. This is a full-time permanent role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create personalised styling experiences that reflect each client’s desires, personality and CHANEL style.
- Build trusted, memorable client relationships during boutique visits.
- Develop the client database and foster loyalty beyond boutique visits.
- Contribute to individual and collective boutique objectives through client satisfaction and sales performance.
- Support a seamless end-to-end boutique experience, including payment and stock-related activities.
Qualifications
- A natural ability to connect with people, understand individual expectations and build trust through discretion, authenticity and genuine care.
- A collaborative, proactive and adaptable mindset, with flexibility to support a variety of boutique activities.
- Strong fashion sensibility and a deep appreciation of CHANEL products and distinctive style.
- Previous ready-to-wear experience is a significant advantage.
- Confidence using digital tools and internal systems.
- Proficiency in Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, Korean or Thai is an asset.
