CHANEL seeks a Fashion Advisor in Zurich for a six-month, full-time fixed-term role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and advise international clients.
- Sell exclusive ready-to-wear, leather goods, shoes, fragrances, accessories, fine watches and jewellery.
- Deliver excellent customer service in line with the house’s values.
- Build and manage client relationships proactively.
- Collaborate with a diverse, international team.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in a comparable position is preferred; experience in upscale hospitality, gastronomy or as cabin crew is also welcome.
- Strong service orientation, commitment and sales talent.
- Positive attitude and enjoyment of working with international clients.
- Enthusiasm for quality and high-end collections.
- Organised working style, flexibility and ability to work independently.
- Resilience under pressure, with a diplomatic and confident manner.
- Good German and English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
