Chanel Fashion Advisor, Zurich: luxury retail sales role for 5 months. Present collections, advise international clients, embody brand values.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert consultations on Chanel's exclusive collections, including ready-to-wear, leather goods, footwear, fragrances, accessories, timepieces, and jewellery
- Provide exceptional customer service that reflects the standards and values of the House
- Actively develop and maintain client relationships, creating lasting connections with both new and returning patrons
- Collaborate seamlessly within a diverse, multilingual, international team
- Demonstrate product knowledge and passion for quality and luxury craftsmanship
- Execute sales with professionalism whilst maintaining a service-oriented demeanour
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in comparable retail or luxury hospitality environments (e.g. high-end hotel, fine dining, cabin crew)

- Fluent in German and English; additional languages advantageous
