Chanel Zurich seeks a Fashion Advisor (one-year contract) for luxury retail sales and client advisory.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve international clients as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, providing expert consultation across Chanel's complete product categories
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery consistent with Chanel's brand values and heritage
- Actively develop and nurture client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat engagement
- Collaborate effectively within a diverse, multilingual, international team environment
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current with Chanel's collections and seasonal offerings
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and manage boutique operations to support overall sales targets
Qualifications
- Multiple years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, gastronomy, or similar high-service environments preferred
- Demonstrable sales excellence and ability to close transactions
- Exceptional service orientation and client-facing engagement skills
- Enthusiasm for quality craftsmanship and appreciation of luxury collections
- Organised work approach with ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Stress resilience, diplomatic demeanor, and confident professional presence
- Fluent German and English; additional languages advantageous
