CHANEL Fashion Advisor position in Guadalajara, Mexico. Join as a brand ambassador to deliver luxury retail experiences and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage all clients warmly with personalised attention and impeccable grooming, creating an authentic and memorable boutique experience
- Present and sell CHANEL fashion collections across all product lines, highlighting the House's heritage, codes, and savoir-faire
- Systematically propose CHANEL services including alterations and CHANEL&moi to enhance the client experience
- Identify prospective clients and cultivate relationships to develop long-term client loyalty and extend engagement beyond the boutique visit
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of existing clientele and build individualised relationships to strengthen brand connection
- Develop and manage a personal client database to prolong the CHANEL experience and drive repeat business
- Co-maintain the boutique's visual presentation, displays, and inventory in accordance with established procedures
- Apply and uphold all boutique operational procedures to ensure consistency and excellence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with boutique teams to elevate the collective client experience
- Process returns and manage after-sales services with professionalism and care
- Communicate client feedback on collections to management and contribute ideas during the buying process
- Drive individual sales performance through awareness of personal objectives, stock knowledge, and action planning
- Pursue continuous professional development through blended learning approaches to deepen expertise in luxury retail and brand storytelling
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of documented experience in retail or hospitality
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Deep passion for CHANEL's heritage, history, product offerings, and cultural commitment
- Demonstrated passion for luxury, beauty, and client experience
- Trustworthiness with high degree of integrity and ethics
- Ability to thrive in collaborative team environments with strong team spirit
- Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic environments
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in retail sales, hospitality, or client-facing luxury service roles. Prior experience in fashion retail or luxury goods environments is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to manage personal sales targets and develop client relationships in a competitive retail setting.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in fashion, hospitality, or luxury retail is valued but not required.
