Role & Responsibilities
- Embody Chanel brand values and act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating deep knowledge of Chanel's heritage, craftsmanship, and collections
- Create personalized, tailor-made client experiences using Chanel's service rituals and building long-lasting relationships with discerning customers
- Develop expert styling solutions for ready-to-wear, including creating complete looks and offering tailoring guidance
- Embrace digital shopping trends and contribute to seamless omni-channel experience delivery across all touchpoints
- Achieve sales targets through consultative selling, client data capture, and strategic client retention and acquisition
- Maintain boutique standards by ensuring clean, hygienic, and professionally presented sales areas in compliance with visual merchandising guidelines
- Handle client service complaints and complex situations with grace, professionalism, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Participate in stock replenishment, inventory management, and visual merchandising maintenance as directed
- Share best practices with team members, maintain positive communication, and foster a collaborative working environment
- Monitor after-sales service requests and ensure appropriate follow-up and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Luxury retail experience mandatory
- Demonstrated selling skills and performance-driven results in ready-to-wear
- Extensive styling knowledge with ability to create complete ready-to-wear looks
- Deep understanding of Chanel brand heritage, modernity, and craftsmanship
- Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory)
- Exceptional interpersonal and emotional connection-building abilities
- Strong empathy, listening, and genuine care for client wellbeing
Skills
Experience
Luxury retail background is mandatory. Proven track record in ready-to-wear sales with demonstrated ability to exceed targets and build client loyalty. Experience creating styled looks and providing personalized fashion guidance to discerning clientele.
