Role & Responsibilities
- Lead client acquisition by converting walk-in traffic into loyal brand ambassadors through energized product engagement and expertise
- Deliver consistent, warm, and professional service to optimize every client touchpoint and exceed service expectations
- Cultivate long-term client relationships through thoughtful outreach and personalized communication
- Manage repairs and alterations, maintaining proactive follow-up to ensure seamless service completion and satisfaction
- Collaborate with boutique leadership and cross-functional sales team to achieve collective business objectives
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge of Chanel watches and fine jewelry collections to inform and inspire client purchases
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of related retail or luxury sales experience, preferably in watches and fine jewelry
- Passion for the House of Chanel, its heritage, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
- Understanding of and genuine passion for elevated client experience and service excellence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-focused environment

- High school diploma or equivalent minimum
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds regularly

Experience
Minimum three years of related experience in luxury retail, watches and jewelry sales, or equivalent client-facing roles within the luxury sector. Prior boutique or front-of-house retail experience in a high-end environment is strongly preferred.
