Role & Responsibilities

• Convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors through energy, excitement, and product demonstration
• Optimize the client experience by delivering prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service throughout each interaction
• Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach
• Demonstrate a service-oriented attitude in all situations to consistently exceed client expectations and elevate the level of service
• Accept repair orders and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related retail or luxury sales experience, preferably in watches and fine jewelry
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 15 lbs regularly
• Passion for luxury craftsmanship and Chanel's heritage and product offerings
• Strong collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules including late nights, weekends, and select holidays

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of related retail or luxury sales experience, preferably with demonstrated expertise in watches and fine jewelry. Experience in a luxury boutique environment and evidence of successfully building client relationships and driving sales conversion is strongly preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 27.30 to USD 33 per hour.
