Role & Responsibilities
- Lead development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into loyal clients and brand ambassadors through compelling product storytelling and brand engagement
- Optimize client experience through prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service delivery
- Build and maintain genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful, consistent outreach and follow-up
- Demonstrate exceptional service mindset by raising the bar and consistently exceeding client expectations in every interaction
- Manage watch and jewelry repairs, maintain detailed follow-up communication with clients, and ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related retail experience in watches and fine jewelry preferred
- High School Degree minimum
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- Physical ability to work full-time in-store presence
- Flexible schedule accommodating late nights, weekends, and holiday coverage
