Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, discreet client service and bespoke consultations for high-value watches and fine jewelry clientele.
- Develop and maintain a proactive client portfolio through personalised outreach, appointment management and CRM updates.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the boutique’s commercial objectives.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge of timepieces and high jewelry, guiding clients through technical features, provenance and service options.
- Execute visual merchandising and display standards to reflect the maison’s aesthetic and seasonal directives at Westfield UTC.
- Manage transactions, returns and after‑sales care with accuracy and full compliance with company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Coordinate with local and regional teams for trunk shows, private viewings and client events to deepen relationships and drive sales.
- Maintain inventory integrity, assist with stock receives and transfers, and ensure secure handling of high-value items.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably focused on watches and/or fine jewelry.
- Demonstrable track record of client development and meeting sales objectives in a high-end boutique environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, tact and discretion when handling VIP clients and high-value transactions.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings, and to participate in special client events.
