Fashion Advisor, Watches & Fine Jewelry at Chanel, New York. Full-time retail position with $34-$36/hour base salary and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead client acquisition and conversion by creating energy and excitement around Chanel watches and fine jewelry products and brand heritage
- Optimize client experience by delivering prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service throughout the customer journey
- Develop genuine client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach and follow-up
- Demonstrate exceptional service mindset and consistently exceed client expectations in every interaction
- Process watch and jewelry repairs and maintain diligent follow-up with clients regarding service status and completion
- Support boutique operations as part of a collaborative sales team reporting to boutique leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related retail or luxury goods sales experience
- Watches and jewelry product knowledge highly preferred
- Physical ability to lift 15 lbs regularly
- High School diploma or equivalent minimum
- Flexibility to work late evenings, weekends, and select holidays
- Passion for the House of Chanel, its heritage, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
