Role & Responsibilities
- Lead customer acquisition and conversion by creating compelling product narratives and brand excitement around watches and fine jewelry offerings
- Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to optimize the end-to-end client experience
- Develop and nurture genuine client relationships through consistent, thoughtful outreach and personalized engagement
- Maintain a service-oriented mindset to consistently exceed client expectations and elevate the caliber of customer interactions
- Coordinate watch and jewelry repairs, alterations, and maintenance, ensuring reliable follow-up communication with clients throughout the service process
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related luxury retail, watches, or fine jewelry sales experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 15 pounds regularly
- Physical capability to maintain full-time in-store, in-person presence
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury retail, watches, fine jewelry sales, or a related clienteling environment. Knowledge of watchmaking, horology, and fine jewelry is strongly preferred.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
