Role & Responsibilities
- Lead new customer acquisition by converting walk-in traffic into loyal clients and brand ambassadors through dynamic product presentation and brand storytelling
- Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous service that consistently exceeds client expectations and optimizes the overall client experience
- Develop and maintain genuine client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach, fostering long-term engagement and repeat business
- Demonstrate adaptability and service excellence in all situations, elevating the standard of client care and problem resolution
- Manage repair intake, coordinate alterations, and maintain diligent follow-up communication with clients regarding service requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, watches, fine jewelry, or related sales environment
- Watches and fine jewelry product knowledge or demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire specialized expertise
- Physical capability to lift 15 lbs. regularly
- Flexibility to work late evenings, weekends, and select holidays as required by boutique operations
- High school diploma or equivalent minimum
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of related experience in luxury retail sales, watches, fine jewelry, or comparable client-facing hospitality environment. Prior exposure to the watches and jewelry categories is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent minimum.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 27.70 to USD 34.80 per hour.
