Chanel seeks a Fashion Advisor — Watches & Fine Jewelry in Las Vegas, NV (Bellagio). Client-facing luxury sales role focused on VIP service and product expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service to build long-term relationships with VIP and new clients, including private appointments and aftercare.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, cross-selling and follow-up.
- Maintain deep and up-to-date product knowledge of watches and fine jewelry, communicating technical features, provenance and care instructions accurately.
- Manage sales transactions, inventory movement and reconciliation using POS and inventory systems while ensuring strict compliance with security and loss-prevention procedures.
- Curate and maintain visual presentation and product placement within the boutique to reflect brand standards and seasonal directives.
- Document client interactions and preferences in the CRM to support personalised outreach and long-term relationship development.
- Collaborate with store leadership on promotions, private events and client acquisition initiatives, and contribute to a culture of service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, ideally with experience selling watches, fine jewelry, or other high-value accessories.
- Demonstrable ability to cultivate and retain VIP clientele through discreet, personalised service and sustained clienteling.
- High level of integrity, professionalism and discretion when handling high-value merchandise and privileged client information.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays, and willingness to participate in private client events.
- Ability to pass background checks and comply with local licensing or regulatory requirements for handling and selling fine jewelry/timepieces.

Experience
Typically requires 2+ years in luxury retail sales, preferably with direct experience selling watches or fine jewelry and servicing high-net-worth clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training, certifications in gemology/horology or a degree in a related field is advantageous.
