Chanel seeks a Fashion Advisor — Watches & Fine Jewelry in Honolulu, HI (Waikiki): boutique sales role specialising in timepieces and fine jewelry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth and local clientele through bespoke clienteling and personalised service.
  • Present, demonstrate and sell watches and fine jewelry with expert product knowledge, advising on craftsmanship, materials and provenance.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales objectives while contributing to team KPI targets and store performance.
  • Manage in-store client appointments, follow-up workflows, and CRM records to maximise conversion and repeat business.
  • Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and window presentation for watches and jewelry, maintaining brand standards and product integrity.
  • Oversee stock handling for high-value items, including secure inventory control, accurate transaction processing and adherence to loss-prevention protocols.
  • Coordinate with after-sales service and boutique management for watch servicing, repairs and customer queries.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable aptitude for selling luxury watches and/or fine jewelry, with a polished, professional presence.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Right to work in the United States.
  • Discretion and respect for client confidentiality when handling high-value transactions and personal information.

Experience
