Role & Responsibilities

• Lead development of new clients and convert walk-in traffic into loyal customers and brand ambassadors by generating energy and desire around the Chanel product and brand offering
• Optimize the client experience through delivering prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service that consistently exceeds expectations
• Build and maintain genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful, consistent outreach and follow-up communication
• Take in repairs and alterations, maintaining consistent follow-up with clients regarding service timelines and completion status
• Demonstrate a service-oriented attitude in all situations, continuously raising the level of client care delivery and brand representation

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related sales or client-facing experience, preferably in watches and fine jewelry or luxury fashion
• Passion for the House of Chanel, its heritage, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Demonstrable passion for client experience and commitment to inclusion and connection
• Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within Chanel

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of related experience in retail sales, fashion, or luxury goods, with watches and fine jewelry knowledge preferred. Experience working in a luxury retail environment with client-centric service is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent minimum.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 28 to USD 35 per hour.
