Role & Responsibilities
- Lead client acquisition by converting walk-in traffic into loyal customers through compelling product storytelling and brand advocacy
- Deliver consistently warm, professional, and attentive client service to exceed expectations and optimize the in-store experience
- Cultivate long-term client relationships through thoughtful outreach and personalized engagement
- Coordinate watch and jewelry repairs and alterations, maintaining transparent client communication throughout the service lifecycle
- Demonstrate adaptability and service excellence in all circumstances, raising the standard of client care
Qualifications
