Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain ongoing client relationships through personalized service and follow-up
- Provide individual styling consultation and expert product guidance across Chanel's collections
- Sell exclusive ready-to-wear, accessories, watches, and jewelry collections with exemplary product knowledge
- Utilize digital tools and client management systems to optimize and track the client experience
- Collaborate actively with boutique teammates while owning specific sales and service responsibilities
- Participate in boutique events and special presentations
Qualifications
- Completed professional training or secondary education relevant to retail or hospitality
- Demonstrated sales talent with intuitive understanding of client needs and preferences
- Enthusiasm for luxury fashion, styling, and exceptional service standards
- Fluent German and English language skills; additional languages advantageous
- Proven experience in a service-oriented retail or hospitality environment

The base compensation for this position is EUR 2,500 per month.
