The Fashion Advisor delivers personalized, distinctive client service, supports sales objectives, and reinforces Chanel’s image and standards in the boutique, with a particular focus on ready-to-wear. This temporary, full-time role is governed by the CCNL Terziario Commercio, with annual gross salary from €27,000, commensurate with experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome each client and provide a distinctive, memorable shopping experience in accordance with the Maison’s quality standards and guidelines.
- Build and strengthen lasting relationships based on active listening, attention to detail, and client loyalty.
- Proactively develop the local and international client portfolio, showcasing all of the Maison’s creations, with particular focus on ready-to-wear (RTW).
- Follow company procedures and competently use the tools provided to achieve sales objectives.
- Promote the Maison’s image, values, and identity, representing it as an ambassador in every interaction inside and outside the boutique; maintain high standards of presentation and follow grooming and conduct guidelines.
- Work actively with the team to foster a positive, dynamic environment focused on shared objectives.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 27,000 per annum.
