CHANEL seeks a full-time, permanent Fashion Advisor for its Vancouver boutique in Holt Renfrew to deliver exceptional personalized client service, build lasting relationships, and drive sales while supporting boutique operations and upholding the House’s standards. The role offers a competitive salary of CAD 60,000 annually, plus commission and bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke, tailored service aligned with CHANEL’s Client Service Values, ensuring each client feels understood, valued, and cared for.
- Exceed client expectations through a refined, personalized approach that builds meaningful connections and long-term loyalty.
- Optimize the client journey by understanding individual preferences, offering styling advice, and ensuring seamless after-sales service.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge, guide clients, and maximize sales opportunities with the highest level of professionalism.
- Proactively achieve and surpass personal and boutique sales goals in alignment with commercial objectives.
- Stay current on trends, product offerings, and boutique updates, ensuring client interactions reflect CHANEL’s commitment to timeless elegance and innovation.
- Support daily boutique operations, including back-of-house functions, assisting with alterations, and ensuring products are handled properly.
- Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to uphold merchandising standards and optimize the boutique’s visual presentation.
- Follow up with clients promptly and efficiently, maintain accurate data capture, and foster a seamless, elevated service experience.
- Maintain impeccable personal presentation and refined etiquette to uphold the prestige of CHANEL.
- Represent the sophistication and heritage of CHANEL in every interaction as a trusted ambassador of the House.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or a high-end customer service environment, with demonstrated success in driving sales and delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to build strong, personalized client relationships and ensure clients’ needs are met and exceeded.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
