Chanel Vancouver seeks a Fashion Advisor to deliver luxury client service, drive sales and maintain boutique standards at its Vancouver boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and create memorable in‑boutique experiences that reflect Chanel’s brand standards.
- Proactively develop and maintain client relationships through face‑to‑face engagement and clienteling activities to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and wardrobe curation.
- Provide expert product advice across fashion, accessories and beauty categories; assist clients with styling and bespoke selections.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards, including window displays and floor sets.
- Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using store POS and adhere to cash handling procedures.
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment and stockroom organisation; participate in stock takes and loss‑prevention measures.
- Attend brand training sessions, internal meetings and client events; represent the maison at in‑store activations and previews.
Qualifications
- Proven client-facing sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion, accessories or beauty.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanour and strong presentation.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and cultivate long‑term client relationships.
- Commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Discretion and respect for client privacy; ability to represent a prestige brand with confidentiality.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of client‑facing experience in luxury retail or a high‑end boutique environment; candidates with demonstrated sales performance and a loyal client portfolio will be prioritised.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, retail or hospitality is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
