Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, bespoke client service aligned with CHANEL's Client Service Values, ensuring each client feels understood, valued, and genuinely cared for
- Optimize the client journey through deep understanding of individual preferences, offering expert styling advice, and ensuring seamless after-sales service
- Master comprehensive product knowledge and provide expert guidance to clients, maximizing every sales opportunity with the highest level of professionalism
- Achieve and surpass both personal and boutique sales goals whilst maintaining alignment with commercial objectives
- Support daily boutique operations including back-of-house functions, alterations coordination, and proper product handling
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to uphold merchandising standards and optimize visual presentation
- Provide timely and efficient client follow-up whilst maintaining accuracy in data capture and fostering elevated service experience
- Uphold CHANEL's prestige through impeccable personal presentation, refined etiquette, and sophisticated brand representation in every interaction
Qualifications
- Proven background in luxury retail or high-end customer service environments with demonstrated success in driving sales
- Natural ability to build strong, personalized relationships with clients and anticipate their needs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Skills
Experience
Proven background in a luxury retail or high-end customer service environment with demonstrated success in driving sales and delivering outstanding service. Prior experience in building and maintaining a loyal clientele through personalized, consultative approaches is highly valued.
Education
Secondary education minimum; additional training or certification in luxury retail or fashion is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is CAD 60,000 per annum.
