Chanel in Toronto seeks a Fashion Advisor to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised, high‑touch client service to cultivate long‑term relationships and maximise client lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through expert product presentation and consultative selling.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across ready‑to‑wear, accessories and beauty to advise clients on fit, styling and care.
  • Execute visual merchandising and presentation standards to uphold the boutique’s brand environment and storytelling.
  • Manage client records, appointments and follow‑up activities using the boutique CRM and POS systems.
  • Support stock control, receiving, replenishment and loss‑prevention procedures to preserve inventory integrity.
  • Represent the brand at in‑store events and client appointments, ensuring discretion and a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or a high‑end boutique environment; track record of meeting sales targets preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, polished presentation and the ability to adapt communications to high‑net‑worth clientele.
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
  • Right to work in Canada and willingness to work on site in Toronto.

Experience
