Chanel in Toronto seeks a Fashion Advisor to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised, high‑touch client service to cultivate long‑term relationships and maximise client lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through expert product presentation and consultative selling.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across ready‑to‑wear, accessories and beauty to advise clients on fit, styling and care.
- Execute visual merchandising and presentation standards to uphold the boutique’s brand environment and storytelling.
- Manage client records, appointments and follow‑up activities using the boutique CRM and POS systems.
- Support stock control, receiving, replenishment and loss‑prevention procedures to preserve inventory integrity.
- Represent the brand at in‑store events and client appointments, ensuring discretion and a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or a high‑end boutique environment; track record of meeting sales targets preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, polished presentation and the ability to adapt communications to high‑net‑worth clientele.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
- Right to work in Canada and willingness to work on site in Toronto.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail, with demonstrated commercial awareness and client relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary training in fashion, retail or business is an advantage.
Workplace
