Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke and tailored client service, aligning with Chanel's Client Service Values.
- Exceed client expectations through a refined, personalized approach, fostering long-term loyalty.
- Optimize the client journey by understanding individual preferences and offering styling advice.
- Master product knowledge to provide expert guidance and maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve and surpass personal and boutique sales goals, aligning with commercial objectives.
- Support daily boutique operations, including back-of-house functions and product handling.
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold merchandising standards and optimize visual presentation.
- Provide timely follow-up with clients, maintaining accuracy in data capture.
- Uphold the prestige of the Chanel brand through impeccable personal presentation and etiquette.

- Proven background in luxury retail or high-end customer service environment.
