Role & Responsibilities
- Sell women's ready-to-wear, handbags, leather goods, watches, and jewelry products to clients in the Haneda Airport boutique
- Manage product inventory, stock levels, and display merchandising
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized service and product consultation
- Maintain boutique appearance and visual merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and Chanel's product portfolio
- Excellent customer service skills with proven ability to engage high-value clientele
- Fluency in English and Japanese (or another relevant international language)
- Attention to detail and organizational capabilities
