Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling guidance and product consultation to clientele across Chanel's women's collections, including prêt-à-porter, handbags, leather goods, watches, and accessories
- Conduct regular inventory management, stock audits, and merchandise organization to ensure optimal presentation and availability
- Build and maintain meaningful client relationships through follow-up communication and loyalty engagement
- Demonstrate mastery of product knowledge across all categories and price points
- Meet sales targets while maintaining the brand's heritage of exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese and English
