Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support, contributing to the boutique's sales targets and budgets.
  • Maintain comprehensive product and fashion industry knowledge to offer personalized advice and consultation.
  • Develop and manage a client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships and identifying new client opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to share client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement in product offerings and service standards.
  • Support teamwork within the boutique and across other Chanel boutiques.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise, adhere to standard operational procedures, and ensure compliance with company guidelines to prevent losses or damages.

Qualifications

  • Retail or customer service experience, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude and warm demeanor. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Keen eye for detail and passion for delivering exceptional service. Proven teamwork abilities and collaborative approach. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to continuous learning and development. Demonstrated selling skills and track record of achieving sales targets. Basic proficiency in using systems, devices (iPad, iPhone), and computer applications. Client-centric mindset dedicated to building long-lasting relationships.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service, ideally within the fashion or luxury sector.
