Chanel seeks a Fashion Advisor in St. Moritz, Switzerland to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to an international luxury clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through targeted clientelling, upselling and cross-selling of ready-to-wear, accessories and leather goods.
- Maintain encyclopaedic product knowledge and communicate brand heritage, craftsmanship and product provenance with authority.
- Manage day-to-day boutique operations including transactional duties on the POS, accurate cash handling and secure processing of payments.
- Maintain boutique visual and merchandising standards, ensuring displays and stock presentation adhere to Chanel guidelines.
- Proactively grow the CRM database through client acquisition, appointment setting and follow-up communications.
- Monitor inventory levels, execute replenishment tasks and support stock room organisation and cycle counts.
- Support in-store events, private appointments and bespoke client services, collaborating with the team to deliver flawless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury fashion or premium goods environment.
- Demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high-value client service.
- Polished professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills appropriate to an upmarket boutique setting.
- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and handling cash and card transactions with discretion and accuracy.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Multilingual ability desirable but not specified in source material; willingness to service international clientele.

Typically 2+ years of retail sales experience, ideally gained within luxury fashion or premium retail environments; proven experience in client relationship management and hitting boutique sales targets.
