Chanel Fashion Advisor - Shoes position at Rinascente Milan. Temporary full-time role driving luxury footwear sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Leverage specialized footwear expertise to provide detailed product knowledge and drive sales across the shoes collection
- Develop and cultivate client relationships to increase repeat sales and create exceptional shopping experiences
- Restock and arrange shoe products following sales transactions
- Provide comprehensive product information, styling advice, and personalized service to all customers
- Mentor new team members through product training and provide guidance on sales techniques and customer service standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or fashion retail environment
- Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate product features and benefits effectively
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and drive sales
