Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service to cultivate long‑term relationships and generate repeat business in the shoes corner at Rinascente Tritone.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement, product recommendations and cross‑selling of complementary leather goods and accessories.
- Maintain impeccable presentation standards: execute visual merchandising directives, ensure product rotation and maintain corner cleanliness and display integrity.
- Manage stock processes including receipts, replenishment, inventory counts and loss‑prevention procedures in accordance with Chanel retail protocols.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately, handle transactions and follow up on client orders and after‑sales enquiries.
- Execute clienteling activities: maintain accurate client records, schedule fittings/appointments and support in‑store events and private viewings.
- Collaborate closely with store management and brand teams to align on product launches, promotions and performance initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in luxury fashion, footwear or accessories; experience in a department‑store corner environment is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and close sales.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment with strong attention to detail and presentation standards.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings, consistent with a part‑time temporary assignment.
