Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and cultivate long‑term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and expert product presentation.
- Maintain expert, up‑to‑date knowledge of Chanel collections, brand heritage and product attributes to advise clients accurately.
- Manage daily store operations including transactions, inventory control, stock replenishment and visual merchandising standards.
- Develop and maintain the client database and CRM records to support repeat business and personalised communications.
- Support private appointments, trunk shows and in‑store events to enhance the client experience and drive conversion.
- Collaborate with the store team and leadership to ensure flawless execution of merchandising directives and service protocols.
- Handle after‑sales service, client enquiries and returns with discretion and a solution‑oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably 2+ years in luxury or premium fashion.
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client‑focused, consultative approach.
- Professional presentation and the ability to represent a luxury brand with discretion and poise.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment and flexible to weekend and evening schedules.
- Fluent Korean; professional proficiency in English preferred.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury or premium fashion retail with a proven track record of sales performance and high‑level client service.
Education
