Role & Responsibilities

• Lead development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors through energetic product presentation and brand storytelling
• Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service that reflects Chanel's luxury positioning
• Build and maintain genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach and follow-up
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude in all situations to consistently exceed client expectations and raise the level of service
• Process repairs, alterations, and client requests while maintaining consistent follow-up and communication
• Collaborate effectively with boutique colleagues to support team objectives and drive collective business performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related retail or fashion sales experience
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 15 lbs. regularly
• Demonstrated passion for fashion, luxury products, and client service excellence
• Strong knowledge of Chanel's heritage, history, product offerings, and brand values
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
• Flexibility to work late evenings, weekends, and select holidays

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of related retail, fashion sales, or customer service experience in a luxury or upscale retail environment.

Education

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 28 to USD 35 per hour.
