Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into loyal clients and brand ambassadors.
  • Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.
  • Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude to elevate service levels and exceed client expectations.
  • Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in fashion or luxury retail.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience. Excellent communication skills. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required. Deep passion for the House of Chanel, its history, and product offerings.

Experience

A minimum of three years of experience in fashion or luxury retail is required.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.
